Our nine-day flagship program is a complete learning journey in creative leadership, collaboration, and facilitation for systems change.

Combining the Foundation and Practitioner programs, participants gain practical skills to lead collaboration, address complex challenges, and drive lasting change. The program covers the nature of change, the case for collaboration, situational leadership, visual thinking, group dynamics, and facilitation. Methods are structured through our Rose of Collaboration, linking global approaches like Agile, Human-Centred Design (HCD), Systems Thinking, UnConference, and MG Taylor.

Modules build progressively—from core concepts to advanced facilitation and leadership. The program includes deep-dives into four key change dimensions:

  • Transformational (purpose, people, behaviour, ways of working)
  • Transactional (services, products, processes, markets)
  • Tactical (direct outcomes)
  • Strategic (long-term reform)
  • Participants engage in hands-on workshops and apply tools like Program Logic, Theory of Change, Open Space Technology, Prototyping, and Strategic Planning. They build confidence, expand facilitation strategies, and embed collaboration into leadership.

Every learning outcome combines theory, exemplification, hands-on group work applied to your real-world problem statements, peer-to-peer reflection and tool application. We also may slightly adjust the program to the group needs.
